American Grounds Service has maintained commercial properties, HOA common areas and large acreage in Central Florida since 2021. We run multiple crews out of Dunnellon, so a property in Ocala, Crystal River or Williston gets the same scheduled visit every week. You get a written scope, a set schedule, and a direct line to the owner when something changes.

Most of our commercial accounts are on a monthly flat rate with a 12-month service agreement that spells out exactly what is included and how often. One-time cleanups, storm work and lot clearing are quoted separately. Either way, the first step is a site walk.

Weekly or bi-weekly mowing, line trimming, edging and blowing. Bed weeding, shrub and hedge trimming, mulch refresh, seasonal and storm cleanups, irrigation checks and repairs, and bush hogging for retention areas and acreage. Stumps, roots and grading are land clearing work, quoted separately.

How It Works

Step one is a site walk. We walk the property with you, note the problem areas and measure what we will be maintaining. Step two is a one-page written scope and a monthly price, so the invoice never surprises anyone. Step three, your property gets a set day and a crew that knows it. Service Plans & Level Billing

52 cuts a year, starting at $216.67/month. Weekly service, year-round, for properties that can't let the grass go two weeks.

42 cuts a year, starting at $175/month. Weekly from late March through October, every other week in winter.

36 cuts a year, starting at $150/month. Weekly in the growing season, every other week November to late March, once a month December through February.

One level bill, all year. We total the year's service and invoice it in 12 equal monthly payments, so the bill is the same in busy summer and slow winter, which keeps budgeting simple for HOAs and property managers. Invoices go out monthly by email and can be paid by card or check. $50 minimum per cut. Starting prices only: your final price depends on turf area, layout, edging and extras such as hedges. Do you require a contract?
A simple 12-month service agreement that spells out the scope and schedule. No long legal document, and no surprises in the invoice.

How do you bill?
Monthly flat rate for recurring maintenance, the same amount every month. One-time work such as cleanups, storm debris or clearing is quoted separately.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes, before the first visit, with your association or company listed as additional insured if your agreement requires it.

What happens when it rains?
We move the visit to the next available day and let you know before your scheduled day. The monthly price does not change.

How far do you travel?
Marion and Citrus counties every week: Ocala, Dunnellon, Crystal River and everything between. In Levy County we handle land clearing, bush hogging and pasture work. Larger properties outside that area are case by case. Call 352-445-6975 and describe the property.
